Ahmed is an experienced barrister, having qualified as a solicitor in 1998 and been called to the Bar in 2008. I advise and represent clients across all areas of family law, including divorce, child arrangements, financial and property disputes between unmarried or separating partners, and third-party claims relating to family assets. I have a strong track record of securing favourable settlements, particularly at Financial Dispute Resolution (FDR) hearings, helping clients minimise time, costs, and stress.

Over the years, I have gained huge expertise in representing both property owners and tenants in courts on many aspects of commercial and residential property disputes, including contentious tenancy issues, possession, disrepair, dilapidations, unlawful eviction, harassment, rent repayment order etc.

Ahmed has extensive experience acting on behalf of parents, guardians, and local authorities
in a wide range of Children Act matters, including disputes between parents concerning child arrangements (residence and contact), care proceedings and Non-Molestation Orders.

I accept instructions directly from members of the public, as well as through their solicitors. I am able to represent clients in all courts and tribunals across England and Wales, and I would be pleased to accept instructions from anywhere in the UK.
