What sort of work do I do?

I am able to undertake one off pieces of work on a direct access basis such as drafting an advice, conference call, drafting court documents or attending a hearing or on a regular basis I act for clients on the court record like a Solicitor and we can provide fixed fee quotes for this. I act for clients in the areas of property litigation including landlord and tenant residential and commercial, professional negligence cases, building disputes, contract law, boundary disputes, as well as personal injury and clinical negligence cases.

Who do I work for?

I act for a range of clients from individuals with personal disputes to SMES who are bringing or defending a wide range of claims. I limit my number of litigation cases to less than 20 at any one time so this provides a high level of client service and my costs are usually lower than a Solicitor as there is no counsel duplication when instructing a Solicitor.
