I am a Family and Civil Law Barrister with experience of Public and Private Children’s Law proceedings. I advise and represent clients in Matrimonial Finance proceedings up to and including final hearings.
Through skill advocacy and meticulous preparation, I have successfully represented clients in sensitive Finding of Fact hearings often involving serious forms of allegations. I am not afraid to challenge client in respect of the evidence to ensure I obtain clear instructions.
I have represented clients in complex matrimonial proceedings involving gifted properties to family members, trusts and pensions. With a keen eye for detail, I have successfully represented clients, achieving settlement which has maintained the gift and pension status.
I accept work in respect of Landlord and Tenant from possession to disrepair claim. I have over 10 years’ experience of working in social housing, enforcing all breaches of the tenancy agreement. I have experience of acting for claimants and defendants in housing disrepair claims with various complexities which have often involved multiple experts.
