Private Children Law Disputes - Child Arrangements Orders, Specific Issue Orders, Prohibited Steps Orders. I have dealt with complex cases involving alleged domestic abuse, child abuse, parental alienation, international and internal relocation.

Domestic Violence - I have acted for both applicants and respondents in relation to Non-Molestation Order and Occupation Order proceedings.

Who do I work for?

I have a balanced practice and has represented parents, extended family members, intervenors, cohabitees, divorcees, same sex couples, Local Authorities and children (both directly and via a Guardian).
