Direct Access Barrister
Bianca Lee Jackson
I am based at Coram Chambers in London but work with clients all over the UK and abroad. I deal with both private and public matters relating to children, and I have a particular expertise in surrogacy, adoption, and alternative families (including where a child or parent identifies as transgender). I regularly appear in the High Court and have acted in a number of reported cases.
A significant portion of my work is with direct access clients, assisting them at every stage of the court proceedings, from advice before an application is made to representation at contested final hearings. I am adept in acting for parents where there are allegations of domestic violence, child abuse, drug misuse, mental health issues, and religious disagreements.
