My practice covers the full range of civil and commercial disputes, including contract and commercial litigation, employment, banking and financial services, insolvency, property, landlord and tenant, contentious probate, personal injury and road traffic, and intellectual property (including trademark and passing off).

I have appeared as advocate in County Court hearings and in the Royal Courts of Justice, the Employment Tribunal, the Upper Tribunal (Immigration and Asylum), and the Business and Property Courts.

I have a recognised specialism in digital assets, cryptocurrency, fintech, data protection, and AI regulation, and am completing a PhD at the University of Nottingham on blockchain in public procurement.

Intellectual property: trademark infringement, passing off, and IP-related commercial drafting.
Contentious probate: will disputes, Inheritance Act 1975 claims, and estate disputes.
Personal injury and road traffic: fast-track and multi-track trials, credit hire, employers’ liability, and infant approval hearings.
Consumer: claims under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and consumer credit matters.
Data and technology: UK GDPR, data breach claims, and AI regulation.
Digital assets and fintech: cryptocurrency, NFTs, stablecoins, DeFi, and VASPs; cryptoasset tracing and recovery.
International: Commonwealth Caribbean, ADGM, and DIFC Courts.
