I specialise in wills and probate/inheritance disputes, acting for personal representatives and trustees, beneficiaries and claimants. I specialise also in property ownership disputes.

I am a barrister of 30 years having practiced in common and family law with particular interest in finances and property disputes. I am also a mediator and arbitrator. I am a practical problem solver to assist parties to resolve their disputes as efficiently as possible and be able to move on with their lives.

I have dealt with many cases in court, mediations and have advised clients in conferences and in writing.
I am also a mediator and arbitrator.
I am a member of the Chancery Bar Association and the Association of Contentious Trusts and Probate Specialists (ACTAPS).

Inheritance (Provision for Family & Dependents) Act 1975 claims.
Mental Capacity Act 2005/ Court of Protection - property and financial affairs matters.
Administration of wills and trusts disputes.
Property ownership disputes and claims under the Trusts of Land & Appointment of Trustees Act 1996.

Personal representatives, trustees, beneficiaries, potential claimants for financial awards, property owners such as cohabitants or family members.
Attorneys and deputies and patients in the Court of Protection.
