Charlotte is experienced in acting for both claimants and public and private sector respondents in employment litigation, including on a direct access basis, in both the Employment Tribunal and Employment Appeal Tribunal, and in providing ad-hoc and ongoing advice in relation to employment law matters.

As well as offering representation at Tribunal hearings and advice on employment issues, Charlotte is able to provide assistance with drafting and reviewing documents including particulars of claims, responses, applications, witness statements, schedules of loss, lists of issues and COT3/settlement agreements. Charlotte is also experienced in representing parties at Judicial Mediation where she has a high success rate in achieving negotiated settlement and at Dispute Resolution Hearings.

Immigration, Asylum and Nationality

Charlotte has experience of appearing for both applicants and the Secretary of State for the Home Department in the First Tier and Upper Tribunal, in particular defending and bringing applications for permission to bring judicial review on immigration matters and immigration appeals.
