What sort of work do I do?

Christopher deals with all manner of criminal offences from speeding matters in the Magistrates Court to murder trials in the Crown Court. Within the specialised area of Road Traffic matters Christopher has significant experience of representing those charged with speeding, driving whilst unfit through alcohol or drugs, careless and dangerous driving and causing death by driving. Christopher is a retired Army Officer and, as such, he regularly represents Service personnel before the Court Martial for all manner of military and civilian offences.

Who do I work for?

Christopher is regularly instructed, privately, in respect of all Road Traffic matters. It is clear that individuals who potentially face losing their driving licence very much need and appreciate professional representation in order to secure the best possible result. Many people value their driving licence and it is extremely important to have the best possible chance of retaining it.
Christopher is also routinely instructed by Service personnel who find that privately instructing a specialist barrister can be cheaper than contributing to Legal Aid via the Armed Forces Criminal Legal Aid Authority.
