Claire Jones is a well respected and experienced barrister with over two decades of expertise at a high level. Claire has practised in both Family and Criminal law which has broadened that experience. She now solely practises Family Law.

Claire has an established practise in both public and private Family Law. Claire has a substantial, extensive and effective tool kit of knowledge, negotiation and advocacy/court room skills and client/witness skills. She has a sharp forensic approach to case preparation and presentation and a high level of client care skills.

Who do I work for?

Claire represents all interests and all clients requiring advice and assistance for all Family Law matters. This includes parents, grandparents, children, siblings, other relatives, guardians, special guardians, separated couples (including relationships which have involved 'modern family' considerations.
