I am an experienced tax lawyer, who has many years of practise in complex tax law issues.
I advise on complex tax planning for both individuals and corporate clients. My work involves the interaction of with other jurisdictions tax. I am also regularly involved in tax investigations/disputes and litigation.

I advise on tax planning, reviewing plans and giving second opinions.
I also unlock, deadlocked tax disputes to reach resolution. Using a creative legal approach to both areas, will often produce beneficial outcomes for Clients. Often, there maybe another path to achieve the same result

What sort of work do I do?

From initial planning to reviewing others planning. Advising on Tax residence both pre-arrival and departure. Corporate exit planning. Creative Inheritance planning and Capital Gains Tax. Tax investigations on Domicile and Residence and Share Incentives, Clearances and Remuneration structures.

Who do I work for?

My clients are usually High Net Worth Individuals or SME Corporates. Some Multi-Nationals where Cross border issues and structuring is required.
