What sort of work do I do?

Darren has two main practice areas.
1. Road traffic criminal: Darren regularly deals with cases such as causing death or serious injury through driving right down to failing to provide a specimen or driving whilst over the prescribed limit.

2. As a former lorry driver and qualified Transport Manager, Darren has a special interest in regulatory transport matters such as proceedings before the Traffic Commissioners. He also often deals with criminal cases concerning the use of recording equipment.

Who do I work for?

Darren's clients are people who have made mistakes when driving and now find themselves before the criminal courts. His transport clients range from individual lorry or bus drivers right up to the limited companies operating 1000+ HGVs.
