I have over twenty years’ experience in family law as a solicitor and subsequently a barrister. I am a founder of Children in the Middle, a barristers’ chambers which specialises in disputes between parents over the care of their children.

I provide excellent service to my clients combined with a high standard of legal advice and representation. I am also empathetic and thorough in my work.

What sort of work do I do?

I represent and advise parents in court proceedings. This work includes representing parents during court hearings and advising them between hearings – for example advising during an appointment or drafting a witness statement.

I attend courts in the South West, South Wales, Wiltshire, Berkshire and London. I will travel further afield, so please do ask.

I also advise parents who are not in the court system, but cannot agree on the care arrangements for their children. This is with the aim, if possible, of avoiding court proceedings.

I do this work remotely. For example, an appointment would be by Microsoft Teams. This means I can advise anyone living in England and Wales.
