What sort of work do I do?

My work is mainly focused around children, I represent people in child arrangement applications and can help them effectively prepare for their meeting with Cafcass. Many of the cases I have involve allegations of domestic abuse, alienation and relocation. I represent people at initial hearings, fact finding hearings and final hearings. I am a divorced mother of five children and feel well placed to offer advice to parents in very stressful situations. I also undertake financial remedy work and can represent people throughout the entire court process.

Who do I work for?

I represent people who have court cases involving their children, whether that be in relation to spending time, living with or with an application to relocate with them. I also represent people involved in financial remedy proceedings who need advice and guidance throughout the process.
