Area of Law
Family
Eve specializes in all areas of private children law, from initial advice to complex litigation. She is highly experienced in cases involving:
Domestic Abuse & Serious Harm: Guiding clients through sensitive cases involving allegations of domestic abuse and serious harm to children.
Domestic abuse ( non- molestation) and occupation orders
Highly Contentious Issues: Handling complex disputes such as parental alienation, intractable hostility to contact, and cases with a religious or cultural dimension.
Health & Education: Navigating cases that increasingly involve health and educational issues, including special educational needs (SEN), for both children and parents.
International Matters: Expertly handling internal and international relocation cases, including those involving countries outside of the EU and the Hague Convention.
Eve's experience acting for and on behalf of guardians provides a unique perspective on a child's welfare. She is a formidable advocate with a proven ability to challenge professional opinions from psychologists and social workers.
While she is a robust and unwavering litigator when needed, Eve believes in finding the most constructive path forward. As a trained family mediator and a strong advocate for alternative dispute resolution, she helps families find solutions without a prolonged court battle.
