Money Claims/ Debt

I represent Claimants and Defendants in money claims in particular breach of contract, negligence and debt recovery. This involves all types of interim applications and Small and Fast track trials.


Housing

I have experience in dealing with possession, mortgage repossession, trespass and housing disrepair, representing both Landlord and Tenant. I have also provided advice on nuisance matters, succession claims and dealing with issues in respect of Houses of Multiple Occupation (HMO)


Personal Injury

I have a wealth of experience in all areas of personal injury where I have acted for both Claimant and Defendant. I am able to assess the merits of a case, draft court documents, advise on the value of the claim and deal with all court hearings including preparation for and attendance at trial.

Inquests

I have experience in representing bereaved families and other interested persons at Inquests dealing with some of the most sensitive matters in this area.
