Private law: I represent parents at all stages of private children proceedings. I am regularly instructed on complex matters and have appeared in cases involving multi-day fact-finding hearings, parental alienation, international and domestic relocation cases, 16.4 Guardians, Local Authority involvement and applications to discharge SGOs.

Injunctions: I represent parties at all stages of non-molestation orders and occupation order proceedings.

Financial remedies: I represent parties at all stages of financial remedy proceedings. I have a busy financial remedy practice and have been instructed to represent clients in cases involving a range of issues, such as applications under s.37 MCA 1973, enforcement of financial orders, and cases involving intervenors. I have been instructed on complex financial matters involving the CPS and high-net-worth assets.

Prior to joining Northampton Chambers, I worked in a legal 500 private family law team in Northampton and for a busy local authority in the care team. This allowed me to gain in-depth knowledge of private and public family law, particularly financial remedy, private children, ToLATA, s.31 work and DoLS.
