Recent domestic work includes representing a significant number of sub-postmasters and sub-postmistresses affected by the Post Office Horizon scandal, as well as advising on appeals concerning Imprisonment for Public Protection (IPP) sentences.

Before the Privy Council, he has appeared in a series of important appellate cases. These include Lescene Edwards, whose murder conviction was quashed following findings that he was innocent, and Uriah Woods, whose successful appeal based on fresh psychiatric evidence produced an important authority concerning diminished responsibility and clarified the law on provocation.

Graeme is widely recognised for acting in some of the most significant extradition and INTERPOL cases before the courts. His practice has a particular emphasis on allegations of fraud, corruption and money laundering, and he is frequently instructed in matters carrying substantial reputational, political and international dimensions.

In Bertino v Italy, he appeared in a landmark case that reshaped the approach to "deliberate absence" and strengthened protections for requested persons. He also appeared in Romania v Popoviciu, which clarified the approach to extradition where allegations of corruption undermine the fairness of judicial proceedings.

Graeme regularly represents individuals subject to Interpol notices seeking access to information or the deletion of notices.
