What sort of work do I do?

I represent parents, family members, and local authorities in all aspects of child law cases. I deal with issues of care arrangements, relocation, international disputes, domestic abuse, and welfare issues such as substance/alcohol misuse, mental health, and neglect.

I represent and advise parents, young people, individuals, and local authorities on applications for Deprivation of Liberty Orders in the High Court and in the Court of Protection. I understand how confusing and complex these applications can be and I am confident in ensuring my clients fully understand the process and all of their options.

I represent parents, young people, and local authorities in EHCP appeals in the SEND Tribunal. I strive to ensure each individual's needs are fully met and I take a practical and pragmatic approach to the resources available in each case.

I represent clients in Non Molestation and Occupation Order disputes. I am an astute negotiator and work to achieve the best outcome in each situation.
