I practise solely in Civil law, in particular commercial and property disputes. I have strong advocacy experience and specialise in trial advocacy. I am able to assist my clients in all aspects of litigation including drafting, providing advice, drafting correspondence and attending hearings.

I have experience in dealing with both contested and non-contested corporate matters. These include shareholders disputes, breach of director's duties and removal of directors.

Chancery

I have extensive experience in both contentious and non-contentious chancery law.

Commercial

I regularly assist client's in commercial disputes, particularly in relation to contract.

Construction, Engineering and Infrastructure

I act for a range of clients, whether in B2B contracts or B2C contracts. I have experience advising on standard form construction contracts including the FIDIC red book standard terms. I also have experience in construction industry adjudications.

Costs

I have experience in costs arguments and costs disputes.

Landlord and Tenant

I have acted in a range of landlord tenant matters. Both commercial and residential.

Partnership and Joint Ventures

I have experience in partnership and joint venture disputes. I am also able to assist in drafting such agreements.

Property

I have acted in a wide range of property disputes, including TOLATA/cohabitation disputes, boundary disputes, nuisance claims etc.

Wills and Probate

I have acted in a number of wills and probate matters and can assist in both contested and non-contested matters.
