What sort of work do I do?
Henry has considerable expertise in all areas of private children law. He represents parents under s.8 Children Act 1989. He has particular experience representing parties in cases involving domestic abuse.
His practice covers:
child arrangements and specific issue applications
complex relocation (national and international)
fact-finding hearings involving allegations of domestic abuse
enforcement and prohibited steps applications
He regularly appears in multi-day final hearings and cases requiring sensitive cross-examination. Henry combines firmness in advocacy with a constructive approach to settlement, encouraging workable, long-term arrangements for children.
Henry also represents parties in financial remedies matters and has appeared for parties at all stages of proceedings.
