Area of Law
Crime
I act in the Crown Courts and Magistrates Courts. Are you facing a criminal offence investigation or prosecution? I work across across the full range of offences from motoring offences and regulatory offences to assault, rape, murder and white-collar fraud.
We are here to assist and advise you at every stage of the criminal justice process. If urgent legal advice is required on a criminal offence, then be sure to contact us for immediate advice by telephone.
I can also attend a police station interview with you and can assist those who are suspected of committing a criminal offence and are being questioned by the police, DWP, HMRC or other investigators.
I can assist you or your company if you are charged and appear before the Magistrates’ Court. We also represent defendants whose case is being heard in the Crown Court
Defamation
Defamation is a false statement that attempts to discredit a reputation or character. Such an incident may occur in the form of libel, in which the publication of an untrue statement or allegation causes severe damage to reputation. Or slander, in which the damaging allegation is by way of an untrue spoken statement.
Damage to the reputation of a business can be very distressing, undermining hard work and investment put into building a business, not to mention the threat to livelihoods. The area where we see businesses needing assistance is with online reviews that are disputed, either on the grounds that the reviewer is fake or the review unfair. We have also assisted clients in relation to allegations of defamatory statements involving employee references, work emails, published articles, social media and other online publications.
We are experienced in advising on whether there is liability, the merit of available defences, negotiating resolutions as well as the conduct of court proceedings where required.

Landlord and Tenant
I act for Landlords or Tenants advising both landlords and tenants, to help resolve disputes. We have plenty of experience across various types of commercial and residential property.
We can resolve landlord and tenant disputes. Friction between tenants and landlords is not uncommon and, fortunately, most issues can be resolved amicably. However, in some cases, you will need the advice and support of a legal professional. We’re here to help you resolve disputes as quickly and cost-effectively as possible.
We are experienced in several methods of resolving landlord and tenant disputes, including roundtable negotiations, formal mediation, or court proceedings. We always pursue the most appropriate method based on the context of the matter.
We will discuss your situation and then advise you on the best course of action. If necessary, we’ll then act on your behalf to resolve the dispute formally.
Wills and Probate
Will dispute services help individuals navigate legal challenges related to wills, trusts, and estates. These services include contesting or defending wills, resolving disputes between beneficiaries, and ensuring the proper administration of an estate.
Disputes over a deceased person’s estate are unpleasant, but sadly they do happen. Large and complex estates can present even more challenges, and it’s vital you have experts on your side. We understand that this is a sensitive matter, often involving close family and loved ones. At every stage, we’ll strive to make sure your claim goes as smoothly as possible and reaches the best resolution. Whether you’re making or defending a dispute against a Will or estate, we can help.
