I have experience dealing with a wide variety of matters. I provide written and oral advice and represent people in courts and tribunals. I assist with preparing court and tribunal paperwork.

My property experience includes landlord and tenant matters. Most of my work in this area involves advising and assisting in landlords in dealing with tenant disputes in particular obtaining possession.

I also advise and assist in cohabitation disputes (e.g. property disputes on the breakdown of a relationship), boundary disputes including easements and freehold covenants.

I have experience assisting with consumer disputes (e.g. cars and motor vehicles that develop faults shortly after purchase).

I advise and represent businesses who have problems with customers or other businesses.

I also advise and represent employees and employers in the Employment Tribunal with issues arising from dismissal or discrimination.
