What sort of work do I do?

Parental and grandparental disputes over all aspects of children's lives, particularly child arrangements (residence and custody, contact and access), school arrangements, moving abroad where the separated parent disagrees as to child arrangements, religious and medical issues, special guardianship, adoption and surrogacy.
I take a no-nonsense approach, and will give clear advice from the start as to the strength of your case, and whether or how any weaknesses can be remedied.
I undertake all aspects of representation, including advice, drafting (including letters), written and oral advocacy, and negotiating the best possible settlement where this is appropriate and in your best interests.
