Direct Access Barrister

Kan Seng Law

My practice focuses on civil litigation, consumer protection, general crime and immigration law, where I provide clear, strategic advice and robust representation across a range of disputes.

Area of Law

Commercial

I maintain a broad civil and commercial practice with a focus on disputes arising out of contracts, property, and consumer transactions. I regularly represent individuals, small businesses, and corporate clients in County Court and High Court proceedings, advising on both contentious and pre-litigation matters.

My commercial work includes breach of contract claims, debt recovery, credit hire, misrepresentation, and issues involving business-to-business disputes. I am frequently instructed in landlord and tenant matters, boundary disputes, relief from sanctions, and enforcement proceedings.

I provide strategic advice at an early stage, draft pleadings and applications, and appear at interim and final hearings. My practice is client-focused and pragmatic: I aim to deliver practical solutions that are proportionate to the value and complexity of the dispute.
