Lauren has a busy practice in private law children proceedings representing parents, grandparents and rule 16.4 guardians from the first hearing to the conclusion of proceedings. Lauren frequently deals with allegations of serious domestic abuse and is experienced in representing vulnerable parties at fact-finding hearings.
Lauren is regularly instructed in financial remedy cases from first appointment through to FDR and final hearing. Lauren routinely deals with low-asset and needs-based cases, arguments of litigation conduct and non-disclosure of assets, and pension sharing.
Lauren is frequently instructed in Family Law Act proceedings regarding non-molestation and/or occupation orders. Lauren is experienced in attending court to assist with the issuing of without notice applications as well as return hearings and final hearings.
