My primary practice area is private children law but I also act in injunction proceedings, defending against or pursuing allegations of abuse.

What sort of work do I do?

I undertake all aspects of work related to private disputes around children. These issues often include deciding living and contact arrangements, including relocation within and outside of the country. Other issues include names and name change, schooling, medical decisions such as vaccination and decisions about religions. I undertake serious cases involving abuse allegations- including sexual, psychological and physical violence.

Who do I work for?

I assist parents, step-parents, grandparents, siblings and other family members navigate issues and arrangements relating to children. I also assist those making and/or defending allegations of abuse.
