I specialise in family law, particularly in relation to disputes concerning children. I am regularly involved in cases concerning the Children Act 1989 such as cases relating to contact, transfer of residence and relocation. I represent clients at all stages of proceedings, including interim hearings, fact-finding hearings and final hearing.
I also represent clients in contested Family Law Act 1996 applications, for example in respect of non-molestation and occupation orders.

What sort of work do I do?
I advise and assist clients during all stages of proceedings and pre-litigation. I appear throughout England and Wales in-person and remotely. I undertake:
- Children Act 1989 applications (for child arrangement orders / enforcement).
- International Children Law (applications made relating to the inherent jurisdiction / wardship and summary return applications pursuant to 1980 Hague Convention)
- Domestic abuse and injunctive provisions (such as non-molestation orders, occupation orders and fact-finding hearings).
- Appeal work (advising, preparing and representing clients in appeals).

Who do I work for?
I am instructed by client across all areas of family law to represent them at hearings, advise / assist them in conferences or prepare legal documents on their behalf. All fees are fixed fees and agreed in advance. I work at an hourly rate (£250) and fees for any work will always be agreed in advance, according to my hourly rate and hours spent on the task on hand.
