Mark was previously involved in numerous cases against high street banks including, according to the Times newspaper the biggest ever fraud case against a UK high street bank. The case concerned a SWAP. In have experience in both mis selling and undue influence cases.

Mark has acted in all sorts of business and corporate disputes from litigation concerning business contract disputes to shareholder director disputes. I have considerable experience in insolvency law challenging statutory demands and winding up petitions.

Mark Has extensive experience in both the County and High Court concerning Trust disputes relating to fraud and breaches of fiduciary duty relating to trust property.

Mark has considerable experience in civil fraud cases including recent case in the Chancerey Division in the High court recently defending person accused of Conspiracy to injure, knowing receipt and dishonesty cases. I am also currently acting in cases defending contempt allegations concerning matters in excess of 20+ million.
Professional Negligence
Mark has acted in numerous cases alleging professional negligence against solicitors, valuers, surveyors and accountants. I primarily act for clients bringing claims against professionals but am equally experienced at defending solicitors.
Property
Mark has considerable experience in property dispute primarily in London. He has been instructed in cases concerning defective building works, noise and neighbour issues, service charge disputes and construction claims in the Technology and Construction court.

An alleged 20+ million pension fraud defending a third party recipient in the Chancery Division of the High Court.
Acting for a Trust and beneficiaries in cases concerning the now most infamous solicitor convicted of misappropriation of 10’s of millions of trust property and client money in the Chancery Division of the High Court.
Acting for directors accused of contempt of court in relation to the fallout of a large group of companies collapse in the Commercial Court in London.
Acting for a foreign royal in cases concerning, lawyers, loans and…. in the Commercial Court in London.
Acting for a Crypto exchange in respect of tracing claims.
Acting for numerous foreign individuals in disputes with banks.
