I regularly appear at the courts and, in particular, before the Tax Tribunals and I accept instructions in civil and criminal matters in relation to tax issues. I have extensive experience in challenging detentions and seizures of goods and vehicles in condemnation proceedings before the Magistrates court or by requesting restoration through the Border Force or HMRC. I also have experience in challenging schedule 36 information notices where HMRC may seek information from a taxpayer or in some instances from a third party.

I am a member of the BTG, the steering and campaign committee for the two tax charities, Tax Aid and Tax Help.
