What sort of work do I do?

Offering a personal service with a one point of contact through-out. I specialise in family law, child arrangements, divorce, matrimonial finance, contract disputes, criminal cases, personal injury, road traffic accidents including serious and complex injuries, credit hire, medical negligence, dispute resolution, mediation, trial advocacy and civil litigation.

Once instructed, I take on your legal problem and do not rest until it is resolved. Working on your behalf, my legal work includes:

drafting court documents
instructing experts
negotiating settlements
liaising with clients, insurance companies, solicitors and courts

I want to help those who have a legal issue. Access to justice and fairness is what motivated me to complete my LLB LAW Degree and to qualify as a Barrister, Mediator and Solicitor Advocate. I am passionate about using my legal expertise to make sure that rights are protected and the rule of law is respected. A member of the human rights bar, I speak Mirpuri, Punjabi and Urdu alongside English.
