I have experience representing parties in disputes between parents about child arrangements (Private Children), disputes between Civil Partners, Husbands and Wives about how the assets should be divided following separation (Ancillary Relief) and disputes between family members who seek Injunctive Relief eg Non-Molestation and Occupation Orders

Children (Private Law)
I regularly represent parties who are involved in private children proceedings and accept work in all stages of such proceedings be they directions, Fact Finding Hearings or Final Hearings.

I have represented fathers and mothers seeking to spend time with their children, shared care orders/ joint lives with orders or live with orders as well as parties opposing such applications. I also have experience representing extended family members such as grandparents and aunts and uncles seeking to spend time with their grandchildren/nieces/nephews.

I have experience representing either party where a parent is seeking to relocate to another city/town or to relocate to another country. I also have experience in Specific Issue Orders and Prohibited Steps Order in relation to immediate return of a child, change of a child’s name/disputes as the child’s school/religion and medical treatment together with enforcement of the various orders.

Family Law Act Proceedings
I have experience representing either the applicant or respondent in applications for Non Molestation and Occupation Orders.

Family Finance and Property
I have experience in all aspects of financial remedy applications from FDA to final hearings to include those where there are disputes as to the ownership of property.
