Area of Law
Family
I have over 30 years experience of family law. I was first a solicitor and partner, transferring to the Bar some 18 years ago. I have been a mediator for 9 years. I mediate the widest range of family disputes.
What sort of work do I do?
I do not undertake court work. I mediate a wide range of disputes. These include divorce, civil partnerships, separation, children, family wealth, inheritance, property ownership, TOLATA, business succession planning and trusts.
I also have an MSc in Art, Law & Business and so mediate disputes concerning art and cultural heritage issues. Mediation can be in person or online.
Who do I work for?
My clients come from a wide area. Many are parties who have family issues: divorce, civil partnerships, unmarried couples, separation, children, inheritance disputes, business succession issues and any circumstances where it would be helpful to have a neutral third party help facilitate constructive dialogue to reach settled arrangements.
I also mediate art and cultural heritage matters for all areas of the art market.
