Patrick is a member of Westgate Chambers operating out of Brighton, Sussex. He accepts instructions across London and the South.
Prior to his career at the Bar he gained extensive advocacy experience as a County Court Advocate and was instructed in over 300 civil matters. Patrick is a Scholar of Lincoln’s Inn and completed his Bar training with a Masters of Law in Family Law and Advanced Advocacy. He has worked with, and supported, various charitable organisations most notably Citizens Advice and Care4Calais.

Patrick accepts instructions in Education Law matters including parental complaints, school admissions and exclusions.
Family
Patrick maintains a busy practice in private law and child arrangements, representing clients on a range of family law issues at all stages of proceedings. He successfully represents clients in complex cases involving international relocation, domestic abduction, parental alienation, and serious allegations of domestic violence. He also handles a range of applications arising out of domestic abuse including non-molestation and occupation orders.
Patrick advises and represents clients in Financial Remedy Proceedings concerning the division of marital assets following divorce or dissolution of civil partnership. Patrick accepts instructions at every stage of these proceedings.
Landlord and Tenant
Patrick accepts instructions on a direct access basis in matters relating to property possession. He has significant experience acting for both claimants and defendants in this area.
