I have been a barrister working in Kent since 1992 and have been undertaking direct access for over 10 years; I cover a wide range of work including property disputes, landlord and tenant, planning, probate, employment, cash seizures and condemnation proceedings.

My mixed common law practice involves work in various Courts and Tribunals across the South East and London covering:-
- property disputes (i.e. boundaries, adverse possession and access/right of way issues) and a variety of planning matters (including planning, listed buildings and tree preservation orders).
- landlord and tenant - commercial and residential work for both landlords and tenants.
- probate, e.g. claims involving Wills and Intestacy (where no Will exists) and Inheritance Act claims relating to provisions for dependant family members.
