I regularly appear in the High Court (Commercial Court, Chancery Division, KBD), County Courts and before international courts (in particular in Gibraltar) and arbitral tribunals.
I have particular experience as counsel (barrister) in the following areas of commercial law:
- civil fraud claims including related applications concerning jurisdiction, insolvency and interim relief (in particular freezing injunctions and contempt of court applications);
- company and insolvency matters concerning creditor recovery, unfair prejudice petitions and removal of company directors;
- banking guarantee enforcement, banking fraud and payment protection insurance claims;
- ICC, LCIA, SCC and HKIAC arbitration and enforcement proceedings, both commercial and investor-State arbitrations.

I act in the full range of civil fraud, banking & financial services, energy, jurisdiction, insolvency, company, construction and insurance disputes.
