Phoebe is a dual qualified Solicitor Advocate and Barrister. She has expertise in Commercial, Employment, Technology and GDPR law. She has a particular interest in Intellectual Property Law, with a MSc from the University of Oxford focusing on copyright and AI.

Phoebe Whitlock has a distinguished background as a technology Solicitor and Solicitor-Advocate. Having been called to the Bar in 2019, she is now returning to build her legal practice focusing on intellectual property, technology, and commercial law.

Her expertise underpinned by extensive in-house experience advising the world’s largest tech and digital businesses on complex regulatory, data protection, and IP matters. Phoebe is also a qualified civil mediator and has been involved with a number of complex HR cases while working in-house as a Solicitor.
