My practice spans a wide range of child related matters including, Child Arrangement Orders (living and contact arrangements for a child), Changing a child's name or school, Removal from the Jurisdiction, Domestic abuse including Non Molestation and Occupation Orders, Care proceedings, Adoption and Special Guardianship Orders, Non accidental injury, sexual abuse, mental health, cultural conflict and chronic neglect.

I advise clients in conference, assist with case preparation, draft position statements and represent clients at court hearings.

Who do I work for?

My clients are parents, grandparents and wider family members who who are seeking to obtain orders or to oppose orders sought in relation to a child. I am regularly instructed by local authorities and on behalf of parents, children, protected parties, interveners and children requiring separate representation.
