I regularly advise employees with the commercial aspects of their work, including partnership and shareholder disputes, in addition to matters arising restrictive covenants, bonus entitlements and settlement/confidentiality agreements.

I am regularly instructed in lengthy and complex hearings, typically before healthcare regulators. I can advise on merits and strategy, and I can act before regulators in appropriate cases. My experience includes serious allegations of sexual wrongdoing, dishonesty and fraud.
