What sort of work do I do?
Sarah accepts instructions across the full range of private law and public law proceedings, as well as instructions in relation to protective orders. For Direct Access matters, this may include:
- Consultation and professional legal advice on matters pre-proceedings;
- Analysis of case papers;
- Representation at all levels of the Family Court for the applicant or respondent in private law or public law proceedings;
- Provision of advice and information to prospective adopters, prospective special guardians, and any other form of prospective parent or carer.
