What sort of work do I do?
Private law children cases encompassing disputes over child arrangements, removals from the jurisdiction, ancillary issues such as change of school, change of surname and prohibited steps orders - any private law issue essentially.
Who do I work for?
Around fifty percent of my work is direct access but the other fifty percent is on instruction from solicitors. My clients are those who have been unable to agree over the arrangements for their children, particularly in complex family disputes.
