What sort of work do I do?
Civil, commercial law, public, regulatory law, human rights, international human rights, discrimination, data protection, actions against the police, crypto, proceeds of crime, judicial review, disciplinary, Generally my work is in the County and High Courts with experience of the Court of Appeal. I deal with interim hearings including any kind of application, multi-day trials, mediations, any form of drafting including particulars of claim, defences, facts and grounds etc. Further, I conduct fitness to practice hearings on behalf of various regulators and professionals in addition to attending inquests.
