Steph has a background in personal injury and costs litigation. She is regularly instructed to draft pleadings and advise on procedure, liability, quantum, limitation, and costs.

Property

Steph has a particular interest in property disputes arising from co-ownership. She has experience drafting pleadings, obtaining orders for sale with associated directions, advising on pre-action protocol, Part 8 and Part 7 procedure, and offers to settle under Part 36.

What sort of work do I do?

Steph can assist with drafting documents, provide advice in conference or in writing both prior to and within proceedings, and representation at court.
